" We had a great experience with Theriot’s heating and air. We had a complete system change. We went up 1/2 a ton and was quoted a price for the parts and labor. The crew got here for 9am and started work. They found out that when the job was quoted some measurements and equipment was misquoted. They never stopped and they also didn’t charge me for it. They continued to work in the heat and completed the job.  I was so happy that I tipped the guys. They were very professional and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Not only that, but Theriot’s heating and air called me when they got here and registered my unit and all for the 10 year warranty for me so I didn’t have to do anything.  "We had an AC system installed by Theriot's for an apartment addition to my house for my dad. When summer came it would not cool. They came out numerous times and even swapped the unit from a 1 ton to a 1.5 ton unit even though the 1 ton was plenty. We still had an issue until one of the service men noticed the eve vents had not been installed by the builder. There was not enough circulating air for the unit to work properly. He left the attic access open on the carport and it immediately fixed the issue so we had eve vents installed soon after. Even though this was no fault of theirs they patiently worked with us and got the problem solved with no charge to my dad. "
